Imagination Workshop- a non-profit organization which brings the creative arts to a variety of settings including schools for at-risk youth, psychiatric and veteran's hospitals, homeless shelters, and community mental health programs
James Rogers Sculpture Studio- created sculptures for the toy and collectable industries
Always looking for a means of creative expression, she sought out and explored many art forms while growing up in the Mojave Desert. Being taught to draw at an early age by her father, an artist himself, her interest eventually developed strongly into the three dimensional realm of sculpture. Following the loss of her father at the age of 16, the significance of the arts in her life grew when it became a necessity not only for joy but as a way to find solace away from sorrow. Art developed into a ritualistic way of processing feelings and marking events of grief and celebration throughout experience. She has now made her home in the Los Angeles area.
